Refund and Cancellation

  • A mortality of 5% is common while shipping. If the mortality is above 5% it has to be reported within 3 hours of the receipt of the shipment by e mail/ phone. The report should contain order No., invoice No., number of fish/ item found dead/ defective with photograph of the dead/ defective item with a brief account of the condition of the consignment. 
  • No claim will be entertained after 3 hours of the receipt of the items.
  • The company will replace the damaged fish/ item if the claim is found genuine. 
  • Cancellation of the orders after shipment of the item will not be entertained.
  • The balance amount if any will be credited back to the bank account of the customer.
